Can I use the extensions in Internet Explorer?
Short Answer - No. Longer answer - in order to use extensions you'll need either Firefox or Google Chrome. Internet Exploer does not (yet?) provide an easy mechanism for extending it.
 
How can I uninstall (or disable) your tools?

Can I use the tools on my iPad?
Sadly, No. Safari extensions are not supported on the iPad.
 
Why can't I send Convos anymore?
When you use the Convo sending tool, you are basically using Etsy's conversation mechanism to send messages more quickly than you normally could.
Unfortnately, when the tool is not wisely used it may trigger Etsy's spam bot and cause it to think that you're spamming users.
If you were mistakenly marked as a spammer, first of all you can contact Etsy Support to have your Conversations re-enabled. Below is an example for what you can write.
It usually takes a few hours before your conversation feature will be turned back on. Also, please try to be more carefull when using this tool, since as stated here, sending too many convos too quickly may cause Etsy to suspend your convo-sending ability.
In order to prevent this from happening again, we strongly suggest waiting at least 15 minutes before each usage of the tool. It usually takes this long to create a new treasury anyway.
In any case, we condemn using the tool to send unsolicitated messages to other users (SPAM)!
